How to make soft and crispy cheese nastar cake

This cheese nastar recipe uses grated edam cheese as a topping to add flavor to the cake.

Nastar cheese is one of the many pastries served before Eid. Cheese nastar cake ingredients are not hard to find.

125 gr margarine

90 gr powdered sugar

3 egg yolks

350 g more/low protein flour

100 gr cornstarch

50 grams of powdered milk

60-100 gr edam cheese, grated

2 tsp sweetened condensed milk

How to make nastar cheese cake

1. Prepare a clean container and mixer. Pour butter, margarine and powdered sugar into a bowl. Shake.

2. Add egg yolks gradually, beat until smooth. The optimal time to beat the egg yolks is 2 minutes.

3. Add the sifted dry ingredients gradually. Stir with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap, store in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

4. Take some of the dough from the refrigerator, make a round shape, fill it with pineapple jam. Close and set.

5. Prepare a baking sheet and arrange the nastar cheese on the baking sheet.
